Vacancy for Executive Assistant In Reputable Consultancy, Lagos Nigeria

This position is for an Executive Assistant to two (2) high profile directors within a fluorishing firm based in the heart of Ikoyi - Lagos.

The successful candidate should be able to hit the ground running at all times, be able to work on own initiative and should ideally meet the following requirements:

Urgent Recruitment For Immediate Start

a) 1st Degree from a reputable University

b) Masters degree an advantage (Preferably MBA)

c) Extremely articulate and well spoken; able to communicate across different levels

d) At least 4 years post-graduate experience, preferably from a banking, consulting background, although experience as an Executive Assistant within a reputable firm will be accepted

e) Proficiency on Microsoft packages a must, especially MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint. MS Project, a significant advantage.

f) Attractive and very well-presented.

g) Personable with strong interpersonal skills

h) Can be male or female

i) Professional photo to be attached to Resume
j) Explosive remuneration package
